High school student Chiyo Sakura has a crush on schoolmate Umetarō Nozaki, but when she confesses her love to him, he mistakes her for a fan and gives her an autograph. When she says that she always wants to be with him, he invites her to his house and has her help on some drawings. Chiyo discovers that Nozaki is actually a renowned shōjo manga artist named Sakiko Yumeno. She then agrees to be his assistant in order to get closer to him. As they work on his manga Let's Fall in Love (恋しよっ), they encounter other schoolmates who assist them or serve as inspirations for characters in the stories.

It is the first animated television series to be entirely rotoscoped, taking over 27 months to complete. Delta State is a French / Canadian co-production with designs, story-boards etc. done by Alphanim in Paris; shooting and recording were performed by Nelvana Canada. The project was conceived by Douglas Gayeton, who also directed the original pilot and wrote the bible for the show. The show has won the Special Award for a TV program at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival and the Frames 2004 for best Asian Production. The series aired in France from March 9, 2005 on Canal+.

Speeders is a reality legal show on truTV that began airing in the summer of 2007. Unlike the more action-packed and felony-oriented show COPS, this show consists of clips of individuals being pulled over for minor offenses, most commonly speeding, as well as other things such as seat belt and other equipment violations, and is more comedy-oriented.
