Several reels of film are buried in a forest in sourthern Chile. Ten years later the films are unearthed from the soil and projected. Ghosts have appeared on the surface of the decaying celulloid, they are the protagonists of Niles Atallah's earlier feature films "Lucia" and "Rey". The fictional characters have returned to haunt the images, peering through the layers of earth, as if interested in us, the spectators who watch them. Who is looking at who? Why have these characters returned? What do they want? The film is a secret code written by the earth itself.

Inspired by real events that take place in June 2016, in a Chile that was euphoric and completely paralyzed while the Chilean soccer team played the Copa América Centenario. It is in the midst of this fervor that two brothers have the opportunity to collect the large inheritance that their mother has left. The detail, a father who has been missing for 20 years, whose whereabouts are unknown and would have the right to her as well. In desperation to collect the millionaire inheritance, leaving out the “daddy heart” who abandoned them, these brothers are willing to do absolutely anything to get all of the money, which leads them to immerse themselves in a hilarious series of events, fed up with a system that oppresses them.

Three stories with surrealistic comedy elements: A Chilean kid who speaks only in German language; a man fighting with his mind about their way of living; and an old couple trying to solve a problem in silence.

Present day. Chile. But soon his resolve is tested when he meets 19 year old Angel a young thief who insists the two join up to score the biggest heist of all time. Though tempted, he resists until he finds out that his beloved wife has gone off with a millionaire and his son wants to change his last name. Then Victoria, a graceful and mysteriously mute dancer living in a conservatory, steps into the picture. She captivates Vergara and Angel, as well as all others that cross her path, drastically changing their lives.
