Others are sold into a life of prostitution, drugs or crime. But many are murdered so their organs can be sold on the black market, often with the collusion of the Russian police.

On the night of the murder of a high-ranking official, the police apprehend a group of young men on motorbikes drinking near the scene of the crime. Captain Rogalev and investigator Avdeev are ordered to solve the murder at any cost.
