We follow Sheriff Deputy Eric Weston in the wake of a Apocalypse as he struggles to survive the undead known as lurkers and put the pieces together to find his wife.

A team of independent news stringers are hired by a network to cover the story of a closedown psychiatric hospital known as Residential Hills located in northern Arizona.
