Survivor Croatia is a Croatian reality game show based on the international Survivor format. Following the premise of other versions of the Survivor format, the show features a group of contestants, referred to as "castaways" as they are marooned in an isolated location. The castaways must provide food, water, fire, and shelter for themselves. The contestants compete in various challenges for rewards and immunity from elimination. The contestants are progressively eliminated from the game as they are voted off the island by their fellow castaways. The final castaway remaining is awarded the title of "Sole Survivor" and the grand prize. The series first aired on HRT 2 in 2005. It was cancelled the same year. In 2012, the fourth season of Survivor Srbija was broadcast on the Croatian channel RTL Televizija and serves as the second Croatian season of Survivor. The third, fourth and fifth season, a pan-regional seasons, aired in 2022, 2023 and 2024 respectively on Nova TV in Croatia.

Veliki brat is a Serbian production of the global reality show franchise Big Brother. The show is recorded and produced in Belgrade by Emotion Production. Originally, the show started of as Serbian production with housmates form Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Third season included housmates from Macedonia as well. For the fourth season Croatian broadcaster and producer RTL got involved, and auditions were held in Croatia, making the show pan-regional. In Serbia, the show was often picked up by different channels. The first three regular series and three celebrity series were broadcast on B92 channel while the other two celebrity and the fourth regular series were brodcated on Pink. In Montenegro the show is broadcast by Pink M and Prva, in Bosnia-Herzegovina by Pink BH, OBN and BN, in Macedonia by A1 and Sitel, and in Croatia the show is broadcast by RTL respectively.

X Factor Adria is a Serbian production of international talent show franchise of The X Factor. Even though the show is produced in Serbia, the auditions are held in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Macedonia as well, therefore making the show pan-regional. Like the original British version of the show, X Factor Adria is a music competition to find new singing talent, contested by aspiring singers drawn from public auditions.

The Bachelor is a Croatian reality television show that began airing on RTL in 2018. The show is based on the American reality series of the same name.
