Winner Takes All is a Hong Kong comedy starring Karl Maka and Ricky and Samuel Hui

Due to a combination of bad writing, unnecessary and distracting directorial gimmicks (split screens, black & white, slow motion, etc.) and very inept subtitling, "West Down Girls" is almost completely impossible to follow, but I think it has something to do with the rivalry between two girls who are members of opposing street gangs, and the arrival on the scene of a third girl who is the childhood friend of one of them and the sister of the other. The (very few) action scenes are a complete mess. The film is basically an over-the-top melodrama and makes very little sense. I was too frustrated to even enjoy the beauty of Cheryl Yang and Annie Wu.

The innocent children in the village are happy to play in the village, singing nursery rhymes. Such a scenario no longer exists. The village children disappeared out of thin air, adults panicked, the village's one-eyed old yin and yang mother-in-law said that the legendary Tiger Gospel again appeared sixty years later. As the case is unusual, the police sent out excellent young police officers.

To get back his wealth and reputation, young Shoichi (LIN Hoi) decided to make a plan for seeking buried treasure in the Philippines which is made during World War II while his Dad (Japanese military officer) was is charge to ask a Chinese coolie group to bury valuables like golds. Finally they find out the facts that the treasure contains Chinese national treasures. PRC Gov't decided to send WANG Chin and Dr. LI (MOK Siu-chung) to the Philippines to reclaim these treasures which led by a Philippine local guy (CHOW Man-kin). However, the whole treasure process is a nightmare .....
