-- Passion - José and Carmen -- Based on motifs in Mérimée's original work "Carmen," Don José is destined to be at the mercy of Carmen. His attraction to her passion is portrayed in this musical work. -- Apasionado!! III -- Apasionado in Spanish means "hot" or "the passion of man." To the theme of "heat," its various forms are incorporated into this revue, such as in hot rhythms, heated emotions, burning love, and the flames of jealousy. People will gamble their lives in the name of passion. It was performed by Moon Troupe in 2008, led by Sena Jun and in 2009 by Oozora Yuuhi of Cosmos Troupe. A staged piece overflowing with adult atmosphere, a brush-up will be delivered.

"Grand Hotel" is a musical set in 1928 Berlin, depicting the varied lives of guests at a luxury hotel over a day-and-a-half. The Broadway production that opened in 1989 with Tommy Tune as director-choreographer earned rave reviews and went on to win five Tony Awards. The same show was later put on in London and Berlin as well. Suzukaze Mayo led the Moon Troupe in the Takarazuka Revue's 1993 production of "Grand Hotel." Tommy Tune was invited to direct and choreograph this Takarazuka version, which went on to win high acclaim. The Takarazuka Revue has invited Tommy Tune, who won the Special Tony Award at the 69th Tony Awards in 2015 for his many years of achievement, to serve as special supervisor as "Grand Hotel" returns to the stage at the outset of 2017, when the Moon Troupe's top star, Tamaki Ryou, will make her Takarazuka Revue debut.

In 1936, Onodera Toshiko, who moved to Tokyo from Iwate, auditioned for the Moulin Rouge theater in Shinjuku to become a star. On the spot, she catches the attention of the manager and producer Sasaki Senri and the theater's leading actress Takanawa Yoshiko, and then she begins working as a theater's member. Based on the true story of Ashita Matsuko (明日待子), a popular Japanese idol in war period.
