Public defender Carter (Roger Smith) has had all he can take dealing with a corrupt judicial system. Over the objections of his wife, Sharice (Monica Calhoun), he quits his job, opens an inner-city law office and organizes a group of activists out to change the system. In a moment of truth, Sharice must decide whether she'll stay with her husband and fight the good fight or move to the suburbs with their two young children.

Police officer Porky is called to investigate strange noises at a house that might be haunted. Before he arrives, we tour the house and hear some evil-sounding cackles, which, it turns out, are coming from a radio one that a ghost was listening to. The ghost then sings the title song while getting ready for a night of haunting, just as Porky arrives. The ghost invites him in with a woman's voice, then disappears. Porky comes in and gets spooked by some flapping curtains. When he comes back in, the ghost puts a couple frogs into a pair of shoes and sets them loose; they collect a hatrack and a curtain, forming a sort of black ghost that ultimately scares Porky upstairs right into the arms of the ghost.

When Johan and his colleagues are watching Seth and his gang member Jack, they stumble on a larger case than they expected. Seth is selling arms to terrorists, but without Jack's knowledge, in a car where Johan's old colleague Pernilla mysterious appears. While Johan begin researching what Pernilla and SÄPO is doing, Jack suspects that everything is not right with Seth and that he's working with the police.

We can recognize some realistic images, such as shots of the family walking in the woods, or the children reading comics and riding in a car, but the overall impression given by this section is one of abstraction.
